Honoring Your Humanity. Supporting Your Transformation.

With a depth of experience in mental health and transformative healing, I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, existential questions, and psycho-spiritual growth. My approach is relational, non-directive, and grounded in cultural humility. Together, we create a space that honors your lived experience, innate wisdom, and capacity for healing—supporting you in reconnecting with yourself, your values, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Wilhelmina (Wilma) De Castro, LCSW (She/They)

Founder, Integrate

I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the layers of pain, adaptation, expectation, and survival. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, while also exploring who you are becoming. Together, we make room for all parts of your experience with curiosity, compassion, and care.

For over a decade, I have worked alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and psycho-spiritual growth. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing often begins when we slow down enough to listen deeply—to our bodies, our stories, our relationships, and the truths that may be waiting beneath the surface. Whether you are navigating a period of uncertainty, transformation, loss, or awakening, I strive to support you in connecting more fully to your authentic self and living in greater alignment with your values, needs, and deepest truths.

I view therapy as a collaborative process of tending to all parts of ourselves—the parts that feel wounded, protective, uncertain, hopeful, joyful, and still unfolding. Together, we explore not only the challenges you are facing, but also the strengths, wisdom, and resilience that can support your growth. My hope is to help you cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself as you move through the ongoing process of becoming.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships. As a queer, Filipinx clinician, I understand the importance of honoring the many identities, communities, and lived experiences that shape our lives and influence our healing.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI), MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), and Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy through Naropa University. My work integrates evidence-based clinical practice with a deep respect for meaning-making, relationship, community, and holistic healing.

Beyond my clinical practice, I serve as the Executive Director of the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI), where I support the development of ethical, culturally responsive psychedelic education and care. I have also served as an educator with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) and Naropa University, teaching and mentoring emerging clinicians in the fields of mental health and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

At Integrate, community and collaboration are central to how we care for people. We work closely with trusted medical and psychiatric providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive, thoughtful, and safe support tailored to their unique needs.

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult chapter, standing at the threshold of change, or longing to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can create space for healing, growth, and the ongoing journey of becoming more fully yourself.
