Clinical Supervision, Consultation & Professional Mentorship
At Integrate, supervision is more than meeting licensure requirements—it's an opportunity to become the therapist you want to be.
Whether you're beginning your clinical career or deepening an established practice, my approach is rooted in relational, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and integrative therapy. My work is informed by contemporary evidence-based practices alongside contemplative and wisdom traditions that have shaped many modern therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, compassion, presence, and meaning-making.
Together, we'll cultivate not only clinical competence but also confidence, authenticity, ethical decision-making, and a sustainable professional identity.
Supervision and mentorship are collaborative spaces where we thoughtfully explore clinical cases, strengthen conceptualization, deepen the therapeutic relationship, and support your growth as both a clinician and a human being.

My Philosophy
I believe exceptional therapists are developed through intentional practice, reflection, curiosity, community, and meaningful mentorship—not simply through accumulating hours.
My intention is to support clinicians in developing the knowledge, presence, discernment, and confidence to provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive care. Together, we'll cultivate a practice that is grounded in science, informed by human wisdom, and responsive to the unique needs, identities, and lived experiences of the people you serve.
