I work with therapy practices, companies and institutes to develop and integrate a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and safety. Through heart centered partnership, I collaborate with companies to dismantle deeply rooted oppressive practices and to help companies evolve to present day needs of consumers and community.

Group Co-facilitation and Partnership

Creating the container, crafting the right configuration of people and ensuring SAFETY are essential in creating a transformative group experience.

Together with aligned medical staff we support practitioners in safely holding group medicine sessions.

Our partnership can include and is not limited to:

  • Protocols for screening for appropriateness - Psychosocial and Medical

  • Safe and supervised administration of medicine

  • Co-facilitation for safe participant/facilitator ratio

  • Partnering for live soundscape

  • Preparation and Integration tools

  • Follow up scales pre and post

  • Essential Equipment: Wireless headphones, journey mats, eyeshades and blankets
